My name is Kelly Hoyle and I am a long term resident of Waimea. I
raised my 2 children here am we are runners, cyclist and enjoy the
aina of Hawaii. This dream of a creekside trail from Waimea to the
coast would dramatically enrich our community and our family is in
strong support of Res 546-24 that would all easement funds to be
released to further the work towards the dream of a streamside
trail. It would encourage people out of their cars, enable families to
walk or ride to school safely and enable disabled and able bodied
residents to enjoy this beautiful island.
