SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 175; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 15,
Article 9, Section 15-72 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as
Amended), Relating to the Parks and Recreational Farmers Market Facility
Schedule.
Transmitted herewith is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 175, The proposed amendment is
illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 175; material to be
added is underscored. A copy of the draft of this bill that would result if this proposed
amendment were adopted is intentionally omitted due to the limited scope of this proposed
amendment.
SECTION 2 of Bill No. 175, which amends chapter 15, article 9, section 15-72 of the Hawaii
County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding a new farmers market
facility to the Puna table to read as follows:
