County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to the Use of County
Streets; and Establishing a Special Activity Permit for Commercial Activities.
Attached is a bill for an ordinance amending Chapter 22, Article 2 and Article 3, of the Hawai`i
County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), relating to the use of County streets, and
establishing a Special Activity Permit for commercial activities.
We are requesting that this bill be placed on the next Committee meeting agenda.
