Please see attached a resolution directing the County Clerk to take necessary action to place the
Charter amendment proposed by Ordinance No. 24-25, relating to the term of office of
department heads, on the 2024 General Election ballot.
This resolution will be placed on the Council agenda for August 7, 2024.
