SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 175; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 15,
Article 9, Section 15-72 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as
Amended), Relating to the Parks and Recreational Farmers Market Facility
Schedule.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Bill No. 175. The proposed amendment is illustrated
in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 175; material to be added is
underscored.
SECTION 2 of Bill No. 175, which amends chapter 15, article 9, section 15-72 of the Hawai'i
County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding a new farmers market
facility to the Puna table to read as follows:
"Puna
Volcano Park
Waiakahi`ula Beach Park
William "Billy" Kenoi District Park"
Due to the limited scope of this amendment, a copy of the new draft of this bill that would result
if the proposed amendment were adopted, is not attached.
