SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (=uncil District 3)
Contingency Relief fluids from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Big Island Lions Foundation to support the Downtown
Hilo Christmas Lights Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $3,000 from the Clerk -Council Services --
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
