Aloha County Council,
Please support Bill 104, Thankyou to Ms. Kagiwada and Ms. Galimba for introducing this.
Support of long-term rental tax assignment classification would be helpful for owners to rent long terra.
As of now, the taxes are difficult to stay afloat and forces owners to take the short-term route.
