Subject: Oppose Bill 123 Section 25-6-38
I wish to oppose Section 25-6-38 as to Accessory dwelling unit shall not be permitted for use as transient
accommodation.
How is it, that the recent Leeward Planning Commission approved a bed and breakfast, as the owner
switched main house to be used as the Guest quarters for the bed and breakfast and asked to use the
second dwelling for the owner/ caretaker quarters.
Bed and Breakfast and Transient are both "Short Term Rentals" The buildings are all Permitted on the
one parcel.
