Subject: Bill 166 Testimony
My name is Nicholas Adler, and I am a commercial real estate advisor. I am here to express my strong support for Bill 166
and to provide a character testimony for Dr. Michael Hughes. I reside here in Hawaii, specifically in Kaloko.
Personal Experience:
As a patient of Dr. Michael Hughes, ND, I can personally attest to the profound positive impact he has had on my life.
Under his care, I have experienced an extraordinary improvement in my quality of life. Dr. Hughes' contributions to our
community extend far beyond individual patient care; his expertise and genuine compassion set a new standard for
holistic medical care.
Community Contributions:
Dr. Hughes is not only an exceptional physician but also a generous and invaluable resource to our community. Known for
his integrity, kindness, and unwavering support, he consistently gives his time and immense knowledge to benefit our
residents. His contributions to the health and wellness of our community are immeasurable.
Support for Bill 166:
I am particularly appreciative of Dr. Hughes' integrity. He practices with a level of honesty and ethical consideration that
is truly commendable. I believe this same level of integrity will be evident in his support for the eco-cons ' r ject
proposed in Bill 166. Comm.

As a resident of Kaloko, I am honored to have Dr, Hughes as part of our community. I stand in strong support of Bill 166
because it aligns with my belief in preserving land and providing meaningful living opportunities for people. Dr. Hughes
and his group are proposing to preserve a significant portion (80%) of the land while addressing the need for more
housing, and also the lot is surrounded by other Ag-3 and Ag-5 lots. Given the inevitability of housing development, a
socially and eco-conscious project like this in Kaloko is the best path forward.
Thank you for considering my testimony. I urge you to support Bill 166 for the betterment of our community
Regards,
Nick Adler
