Letter of support for Bill 166
Re: I'm writing to show my support for the approval of Bill 166.
1 have known Dr. Hughes for more than 6 years. The project that Dr. Hughes and his partners are
proposing with Bill 1661 believe to be of benefit to everyone. I can speak to the character of Dr. Hughes
that he is a person with outstanding integrity and honesty, and has always put the needs of others ahead
of his own.
I believe that Dr. Hughes and his partners, Seth and Ryan, will accomplish their goals presented in Bill
166, and by doing so will set an example for other community minded people that wish to enrich the
community with an eco-friendly project like this one.
Thank you for your support of Bill 166.
