Re: Transmitting Bill No. 175, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 15, Article 9,
Section 15-72 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended),
Relating to the Parks and Recreational Farmers Market Facility Schedule.
Attached please find Bill No. 175, Draft 2. During its meeting on July 24, 2024, the Council
amended Bill No. 175 with the contents of Communication Nos. 917.01 and 917.02, resulting in
this Draft 2.
The Council then passed Bill No. 175, as amended to Draft 2, on first reading.
