Re; Transmitting Resolution No. 558-24, Draft 2; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to the
Hawaiian Canoe Racing Association (HCRA) for Zero Waste Services for the
International Va`a Federation (IVF) World Sprint Championship.
Attached please find Resolution No, 558-24, Draft 2, Resolution No. 558-24 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 933.01 and duly approved by the Council on July 24, 2024.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution on final reading,
and adopted Resolution No. 558.24, as amended to Draft 2.
