Edition, as Amended), Relating to Ohana Dwelling Units.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 123, Draft 3. During its meeting on July 23, 2024, the Policy
Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Development amended Bill No. 123, Draft 2, with the
contents of Communication No. 677.20, resulting in the attached draft,
The Committee then voted to postpone Bill No. 123, Draft 2, as amended to Draft 3, to the
meeting scheduled for August 6, 2024.
