SUBJECT: Non-Profit Funding 2000-2001
I accept the funding schedule as agreed upon in the~~ Human Services and
Economic Development Committee on April 18`h with the exception that I want to
see that Rose House is provided $5,000 in funding. That amount is $2,000 over
the recommended funding level.
I offered a plan to reduce each awardee by $88 which would allow for Rose
House to receive $6,790 in next year's award. That formula was rejected. I am
now suggesting $5,000 for Rose House. However, I do not have a second
formula or plan to come up with the $2,000. Perhaps you can help me find one.
