The appropriation for the account set forth below shall be conditioned upon
the following requirement to be fulfilled by the grantee nonprofit
organization throughout fiscal year 2000-01.
5471.64 -Boy's and Girl's Club of Hilo
Prior to issuance of any payments from the fiscal year 2000-01
appropriation, the Board of Directors of the Boy's and Girl's Club of Hilo
shall submit official documentation to the Finance Director and the
Legislative Auditor showing that all federal, state and county taxes and fees,
including penalties and interest, due and owing prior to July 1, 2000 have
been paid.
