He has been the Executive Vice <br />President at Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union since 1994 and has volunteered his time <br />and expertise to various organizations. <br />Melvin will bring knowledge, integrity, and dedication to the County of Hawaii Liquor <br />Commission.
