Subject: Support for Bill 176 Draft 3 with comment
Aloha Madam Chair and members of the county council,
I support Bill 176, Draft 3.
The council may want to amend the bill to require any non-profit applying for county grants provide
current and prior year financial statements, except in the case of start-up non-profit organizations.
