Dear Hawai'i County Council Members,
As a lifetime resident of Hotualoa, I strongly support adoption of Resotution 561-24 to request the County
to purchase the noted parcets using PONC funds set aside for priority parcels.
During my 96 years of life and concern for our aina, safety of our people and lands has been important to
me and my tate husband, Mitsugi. I urge you to do what is right and keep these tands open space and
have proper concern for the infrastructure issues and waterway, water ftow issues coming from these
parnek;.
AdditionalLy, I urge you never to provide any change of permit or c[assification or extension for
development on these lands as has been discussed in other Councit actions. ~�
