Aloha County Council Members,
I am writing to express my strong support for Res. 561-24, which aims to acquire approximately 68.84
acres of land to protect and preserve cultural and natural resources. The resolution also seeks to open
certain areas of the property for education, gatherings, and cultural practices.
I kindly request your support in authorizing the finance director to enter into negotiations using PONC
funding to purchase the Royal Vistas / Kona Vistas acreage. This land holds significant cultural vaLue and
should bepreserved for the enjoyment offutureganenationa.
