SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 562-24, Draft 2; a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor
to Enter into a Multi -Year Agreement with Hawaii Island EV, LLC, to replace
Hawaii County Shared -Use Electric Vehicles.
Transmitted herewith is Resolution No. 562-24, Draft 2. During its meeting on August 6, 2024,
the Committee on Finance amended Resolutin No. 562-24 with the contents of Communication
No. 943. 1, resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then voted to recommend passage of Resolution No. 562-24, as amended to
Draft 2, on first reading.
