Article 2, Article 5, and Article 6 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016
Edition, as Amended), Relating to Ohana Dwelling Units.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 123, Draft 4. During its meeting on August 6, 2024, the Policy
Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Development amended Bill No. 123, Draft 3, with the
contents of Communication Nos. 677.24, 677.25, and 677.26, resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then voted to recommend passage of Bill No. 123, as amended to Draft 4, at first
reading.
