Article 2, Article 5, and Article 6 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016
Edition, as Amended), Relating to Ohana Dwelling Units.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 123, Draft 5. During its meeting on August 21, 2024, the
Council amended Bill No. 123, Draft 4, with the contents of Communication No. 677.3 1,
resulting in the attached draft.
The Council then voted to postpone Bill No. 123, as amended to Draft 5, to the meeting
scheduled for September 4, 2024.
