SUBJECT: Resolution No. 562-24, Draft 3; a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Enter into
a Multi -Year Agreement with Hawaii Island EV, LLC, to Replace Hawaii
County Shared -Use Electric Vehicles.
Resolution No. 562-24, Draft 3, is transmitted herewith. Resolution No. 562-24, Draft 2, was
amended with the contents of Communication Nos. 943.12 and 943.13 and duly approved by the
Council on August 21, 2024.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of substantively amended legislation, and adopted
Resolution No. 562-24, Draft 2, as amended to Draft 3.
