I am writing in opposition to Bill 121. After the volcano, the hurricane, and the pandemic hit Puna, there
are very few ways to make a tiving here any more. Add the gigantic increase in property insurance and
you have a perfect storm to ruin taw bidding citizens and cause them to tose their homes. |fyou make
peopte into criminals with a stroke of a pen, don't be surprised if they turn to criminal activities to keep
their homes. I have watched Puna ctean up greatly over the last 20 years, it wil.l. be horribte to watch it
sink back into iavvieaaneaa,and oKthe progress undone.
