Council Testimony
Opposing Bill 121
In my opinion Bill 121 is unfair to the smaller ag land vacation rental units that are not suitable or large enough for long-
term rentals.
These hosted units are often overseen by elderly people and there families that are in need of additional income, as well
as taken care of by various housekeepers, yard, and maintenance people that depend on the income as well.
Let alone the taxes that are paid that go to the state and any fines with people who don't do it properly.
Please vote NO to Bill 121
