Aloha,
It would seem that there is going to be an economic impact study and report for Bill 121. It would
also seem we have gotten through the last ten years without this bill. Let us take the pertinent path and
wait to read and digest the impact study outcome before making a new law that will change many
peoples lives and livelihoods.
