Subject: Strongly Opposed to Bill 121
We are opposed to the passing of Bill 121. Please move forward with the economic
impact study that was proposed before considering Bill 121. This bill mis-represents that
"anyone operating a STVR now will be able to continue and apply for a TAR." This is
false. The TAR is much more restrictive and will eliminate most operating hosted rentals.
The feedback from the community on Bill 121 has been overwhelmingly opposed to
passing this bill.
