Halt bill 121
I urge you to halt bill 121 until the economic study has been done. My livelihood and so many others in
kohata depend on vacation rentals. I will lose my housing (and so will my 8 month old daughter and
husband) if you pass this bitL We are the hosts for the property we tive on and run the short term rental.
We also employ cleaners, handyman, electricians, landscapers and we grow food which is for sale at the
kohata food hub for the wider community. Please reconsider this bill as it will be extremely detrimental to
eOmany who UVehere and rely ODvacation rentals for their income.
