My name is Stephanie Olson -Moore. I live in Keaukaha, and I OPPOSE Bill 169, Draft 3.
I want to address our representatives who wish to see this bill passed. I am urging you to listen to the recommendations
by our residents, credible organizations, and professionals that this land is not fit for any development, period. Instead,
open space preservation is recommended to restore riparian forest in this natural floodp|ainto protect our community
below while addressing our major infrastructure concerns.
