Aloha Council! I just saw Comm. 896.150 for a site visit
to the proposed Kona Three LLC.
A site visit by the Council & Planning Commission should
always be included in large, controversial development
projects.
In the case of Kona Three LLC, I hope you will come to
take a look. Preferably, at Rush Hour! It will be
obvious to you - that this development is a boaad idea
with Kona infrastructure so sadly lacking.
Besides all of the reasons to deny this project - please
come and take a look at the massive amount of traf f is
already present. We hear of more road rage incidents
every day.
