My name is Kestrel Swift. I live in Hilo, and I STRONGLY OPPOSE Bill 169, Draft 3.
| want toaddress our representatives who wish tosee this bill passed. |onnurging you tolisten tothe
recommendations by our residents, credible organizations, and professionats that this land is not fit for
any development, period. Instead, open space preservation is recommended to restore a riparian forest
in this natural floodptain to protect our community below while addressing our major infrastructure
concerns.
