| OPPOSE Bill 169, Draft
I'm writing you now to state that I strongly OPPOSE Bill 169, Draft 3.
I'd like to address our representatives who wish to see this bill passed.... I urge you to PLEASE listen to the
recommendations by our residents, credible organizations, and professionals - that this land is not suited for ANY
development. Instead, open space preservation is recommended to restore riparian forest in this natural floodp|ain,to
protect our community below while addressing our major infrastructure concerns.
