My name is Rosemary Bearden. I live in Ninote, and I OPPOSE Bil.l. 169, Draft 3.
I want to address our representatives who wish to see this bill passed. I am urgingyoutoUotento1he
recommendations by our residents, credible organizations, and professionals that this land is not fit for
any development, period. Instead, open space preservation is recommended to restore a riparian forest
in this natural. floodplain to protect our community below while addressing our major infrastructure
concerns.
