Oppose Bill 169: Kona Three LLC Extension
My name is Seb Choe. I live in North Kona (Kaloko Mauka) and I OPPOSE Bill 169, Draft 3.
I want to address our representatives who wish to see this bill passed. I am urging you to listen to the recommendations by our
residents, credible organizations, and professionals that this land is not fit for any development, period. Instead, open space
preservation is recommended to restore a riparian forest in this natural floodplain to protect our community below while addressing our
major infrastructure concerns.
