My name is Emily Garland. I live in Hilo and I OPPOSE Bill 169, Draft 3.
| want to address our representatives who wish to see this bill passed. | am urging you to listen tothe recommendations
by our residents, credible organizations, and professionals that this land is not fit for any development, period. Instead,
open space preservation is recommended to restore riparian forest in this natural flondp|ainto protect our community
below while addressing our major infrastructure concerns.
