Aloha County Council Members,
This testimony is in opposition of Bill 169, Draft 3.
I ask that you consider the information that has been presented in strong opposition of this Kona Three, LLC project. For
multiple reasons this Bill 169 Draft should be rejected.
We are in need of affordable housing here in Kona, but not at the cost of cultural and historical sites and increased
traffic/ population with lack ofinfrastructure.
RESPONSIBLE development isneeded.
