Dear Councilman Arakaki and Members of the County Council:
Enclosed for your review and approval is Bill Number 218, Draft Number 4, relating to
public improvements and financing for the fiscal year July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2001. Draft
Number 4 adds back $6,000,000 for the East/West Hawaii Office Renovations, Phase II and
increases the proposed total capital projects fund to $46,624,000.
