This request is the result of additional funding needed by the CFS West Hawaii Domestic Abuse Shelter Phase 2
Improvements to award the construction contract for the cesspool closure and conversion to a septic individual
wastewater treatment system.The bid amount came out higher than anticipated. Funds are available from the
canceled 2023 Hamakua Youth Community Center Phase 2,project to fund their outstanding need.HUD was
notified of this transfer of funds.
