SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 165; AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10 OF THE HAWAPI COUNTY CODE 1983
(2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PARKING.
Transmitted herewith are proposed amendment to Bill No. 165. The amendment is shown below
in Ramseyer formal with respect to the contents of Bill No. 165; material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken, and material to be inserted is underscored.
SECTION 5 of Bill No. 165, which provides for the effective date, is amended to read as
follows:
"SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect [upon its appfaval.] on January 1, 2025."
Due to the limited scope of the proposed amendment, a copy of the amended draft of this
bill is not attached.
