COUNTY OF HAWAIJ <br />RESOLUTION CHANGING TIME ELEMENT OF TWO (2) FIRE <br />COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER 11 (1/2T) POSITIONS TO FULL- <br />TIME <br />WHEREAS, Position Nos. 00-05379 and 00-05380, Fire <br />Communications Officer 11 (1/2T) positions within the Hawaii County Fire <br />Department, were established via Ordinance 22-63; and <br />WHEREAS, due to extenuating circumstances, these positions are no <br />longer necessary and would be better utilized as clerical support staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Department wishes to increase the positions' time <br />element from 1/2 time to full-time with the intent to later reallocate them to <br />positions that provide the department with additional clerical support in which <br />they are in dire need of; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'l <br />that Position Nos. 00-05379 and 00-05380, Fire Communications Officer 11 <br />(1/2T), be changed to full-time. <br />
