Page 2 PCIA-16 September 3, 2024 Bill 184: AMENDS CHAPTER 22, ARTICLE 2 AND ARTICLE 3, OF THE HAWAIʻI COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE USE OF COUNTY STREETS; AND ESTABLISHES A SPECIAL ACTIVITY PERMIT FOR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES Establishes a process to obtain a special permit and regulations to conduct temporary commercial activity on a County street, and increases fees from $25 to $50 for any permit issued for the lawful use of County streets.
