He is currently a partner <br />at Paradise Salsa, LLC, and previously owned the commercial real estate brokerage, Goldstone <br />Realty & Finance. <br />The devastating fires in Maui sparked Mr. Porter's interest in enhancing fire protection within <br />his home district of Ka'u and the County of Hawai'i. His extensive personal and professional <br />experience equips him to be a proactive and effective contributor to the board's decision -making <br />processes.
