Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 165, Draft 2. During its meeting on September 3, 2024, the
Policy Committee on Infrastructure and Assets amended Bill No. 165 with the contents of
Communication No. 884.2, resulting in the attached Draft 2, which was subsequently forwarded
to Council with a favorable recommendation.
