This is to transmit Bill 219, Draft 4, relating to the Salary Ordinance of 2000, which was the
result of an amendment made at the Council meeting on June 2, 2000.
Specifically, the amendment added a Step D to the Hawaii County Band and the West
Hawaii Band salaries.
