Edition, as Amended), Related to Conditions on Change of Zone.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 127, Draft 4. During its meeting on September 4, 2024, the
Council amended Bill No. 127, Draft 3, with the contents of Communication No. 694.12,
resulting in this Draft 4. The Council then voted to pass Bill No. 127, as amended to Draft 4, on
first reading.
