Section 19-2; Chapter 19, Article 7, Section 19-53; and Chapter 19, Article 1.1,
Section 19-90, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended),
Relating to the Creation of a Long -Term Rental Class for Real Property Taxes.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 104, Draft 7. During its meeting on September 4, 2024, the
Council amended Bill No. 104, Draft 6, with the contents of Communication No. 600.49,
resulting in the attached draft.
The Council then voted to pass Bill No. 104, as amended to Draft 7, on first reading.
