Subject: Opposing Bill 121
In my opinion Bill 121 is unfair to the smaller ag land vacation rental units that are not suitable or large enough for long-
term rentals. Seeing how often they only have just a microwave, a hot plate and a mini fridge. And not equipped with a
oven and full-size refrigerator.
These hosted units are often overseen by elderly people and there families that are in need of additional income, as well
as taken care of by various housekeepers, yard, and maintenance people that depend on the income as well. Let alone
the restaurants and local activity providers.
The taxes that are paid that go to the state and any fines with people who don't do it properly should be reason to laugh
not to disrupt the STR's.
Please vote NO to Bill 121
