ORDINANCE NO. 24 63
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 24-33,AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 2024,TO JUNE 30, 2025.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 24-33, as amended, relating to public improvements and
financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, is hereby amended by adding
the following project:
POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Hawai`i County Morgue $1,500,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund $1,500,000
Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
