I urge you to consider how these restrictions will affect our local people.
Everyone from the family renting out a unit to help pay their mortgage, to the workers that clean, repair,
and manage STVR's will suffer. It is the Local people who witl. suffer.
The VERY FIRST step that needs tobetaken inthis iatoELIMINATE STVR'nthat are owned bvout ofstate
people. I believe this witl. help drastically with the lack of affordable housing issue that has been pinned
on8TVR.
The next step needs to be correcting the landlord/tenant code so that landlords are protected and have
more rights.
Then, we need to streamline and make affordabte the permitting process so that more homes can be
easily .
