General Plan.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 181, Draft 2. During its meeting on September 3, 2024, the
Policy Committee on Planning, Land Use, and Development amended Bill No. 181 with the
contents of Communication No. 939.3. Bill No. 181, as amended to Draft 2, was then postponed
to October 1, 2024.
